1. DRDO successfully conducted HSTDV flight test

DRDO(defense research and development organisation) successfully test the hypersonic technology at APJ abdul Kalam testing range, Balasore(Odisha). Hypersonic Technology Demonstrator Vehicle(HSTDV) uses as an engine in hypersonic missiles or carrier vehicle for hypersonic and long range cruise missiles. It’s also can be used for launching small satellites at low cost. HSTDV is the fully indigenously developed missile engine.

India already developed supersonic and subsonic missile technology like BrahMos, Agni missiles. After successful test of supersonic technology India will develop hypersonic missile in next few years. Speed of this supersonic warhead carrier is about 6 Mach.

India become fourth member of hypersonic missile technology group with US, Russia and China.



2. SUDAN GOVERNMENT AGREED WITH REBEL GROUPS TO REMOVE ISLAM AS STATE RELIGION

Sudan government sign deal with rebellion groups to abolish Islam as the state religion of Sudan.

Sudan PM promise to people that state will not discriminate on the basis of the religions and said that we must respect our country diversity.

Ousted dictator Bashir had implemented Islamic law in Sudan, 30 years ago.

 



3. BIMSTEC CHARTER FINALISED AFTER 23 YEARS

At long fast, the charter of the BIMSTEC has been finalized, which is expected to move the regional organization forward.

It took more than 23 years for legal document of BIMSTEC, founded in Jun 1997, to be finalized.

The charter is due to be signed in the fifth summit of heads of states and governments of the seven member states, scheduled for January next year, according to the ministry of foreign affairs.
